Welcome to Women’s Best Life Fitness. My goal is to help women achieve a healthy lifestyle. I’m dedicated to giving you the very best in coaching, with a focus on nutrition, movement, sleep habits, stress and recovery.

My passion for healthy living inspired me to try to find a way to help others become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. Online coaching is one tool that allows me to do that. Being a mom, wife, and professional, I know how hard it can feel to find the time and energy to even think about your health. I believe in taking small actions towards your best health. My approach revolves around making small but powerful changes, not crash dieting (because we all know how those turn out 😉 ). With one-on-one online coaching you will receive a customized plan that includes all the motivation, accountability, and information you’ll need to reach your goals!

Where did this start?

I’m someone who has always had an interest in health and fitness. I’ve dabbled in working out and nutrition for years with varying results but in 2019 I took a break from going to the gym and eating healthy. In December of that year things started to get ugly. I found myself up 20 pounds and I was struggling with my mental well being. I started to have panic attacks. It got to the point where I would get anxiety about my anxiety, wondering when my next panic attack would come. I went to my doctor to see if there was any way to make this stop. The only solution? Anti-anxiety medication. I filled the prescription and I still remember the feeling I felt when I looked at the first pill I was about to take. I acknowledge that medication is necessary for some people but I decided that would be my last resort. I asked myself, “How did I get here?” I realized that almost every negative aspect of my decline started when I stopped eating healthy (most of the time), exercising, and spending quality time with God. From that moment I committed to work towards a healthy body and mind before starting any medications. I started getting up earlier than my kids to read my Bible and pray every morning. I also started making healthier food choices and began to work out again.

Fast forward to 2022. I set a goal to step on stage in a Bikini Competition before I turned 40. In May of 2022 I accomplished my goal and won the title of Elite Bikini Pro at an NPAA event! During my prep for the competition I gained an interest in nutrition and how amazing our bodies are. I have since become a certified nutrition coach specializing in nutrition, exercise, stress, recovery, and sleep to name a few.  My goal is to help women in all walks of life who don’t know where to start with their journey, or who might just be a little stuck make a plan to reach their goals and maintain them for a lifetime!

And my anxiety? I’m happy to say I still haven’t taken that pill. Don’t get me wrong, I still have my fair share of anxious moments, but the changes I’ve made have improved my quality of life and it’s inspired me to share what I’ve learned with anyone who will listen.
